    Both. We are a trading company with our own embroidery factories. Working with more than a hundred various manufacturers, we provide solutions to different product types.

  • Where are your company and factory located？

    Our company is headquartered in Hangzhou, China, with multiple production sites and cooperated factories across the country.

  • What do I need to start a customized order？

    We need the design or a sample in order to start a customized order. Also, we offer design ideas upon requests.

  • What trading terms do you support?

    We support various trading terms including EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP (partial countries)and etc. 

  • How can I contact you？

  • What information do I need to get an accurate quote?

    We will offer an estimated quote after receiving the design or sample plus desired quantity. We will provide the accurate quote after the sample to ensure fairness.

  • How can I remotely track with the production progress?

    Your sales consultant will follow you up with the production process, and you can also contact him/her for closer follow-ups.

  • Can I order samples？

    Yes, you can order samples with a charge depending on the item type. The sample charge will be returned when placing the formal order with us.

  • What are your shipping methods？

    We support export shipping by ground, sea, and air mainly from Ningbo or Shanghai port. We support express shipping for samples.

  • How long does it take for me to get inquiry feedbacks?

    We will reply you within 12 hours in working days.
